The Greatest Gods are in constant contention for control of the world. Left in charge of the Planes
when ShadowStorm scattered his life force, they are bound to certain rules of conduct. The use of Demi-Powers
(part-mortal gods), Minor Powers, and Immortals is how they are able to affect change in the world. The Minor Powers of the Realm are aligned with the
Lesser Powers and through their alliances they do much to aid the constant struggle for dominance,
though they consider themselves apart from the problems of the Higher Deities.
